Walker Residential Properties is the residential letting division of the James Walker Leith group of companies.
Our stock mainly consists of units developed by our sister company Dundas Estates. This means you can be sure that the quality of your rented accommodation is second to none. Although a relatively young company, our reputation for providing first class rented accommodation is growing.
Walker Residential Properties offers a large and varied portfolio of properties, throughout the Central belt. Expansion plans are underway which will allow us to provide rental accommodation in Tayside and Ayrshire shortly as well.
Our range of accommodation runs from 1 bedroom flats to 5 bed detached houses, so we have properties for every situation. This also allows us to offer a greater degree of flexibility than many other landlords should your circumstances change suddenly.
Whilst we have a small number of fully-furnished properties, all of our accommodation comes with quality floor coverings, window blinds and white goods as standard, together with an extremely high level of internal decoration and excellent external appearance, as you would expect from a developer with the highest NHBC rating.

With an in-house maintenance team on call and a small number of reliable and efficient contractors who will assist in emergencies, we can provide a comprehensive and virtually care-free tenancy.
